DAVSS (Domestic Abuse Volunteer Support Services) is a community-based charity using an innovative volunteering model to provide vital support services to anyone (women and men) experiencing domestic abuse across West Kent.

We are seeking to appoint an Operations Manager who will inspire, lead, manage and motivate a highly committed and energetic team of professional managers, staff and volunteers who deliver high quality client-centred domestic abuse services and awareness raising programmes across West Kent. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled manager to build on DAVSS’s excellent reputation and further develop our services.

You will share our commitment and passion for providing high quality domestic abuse support services, understand governance and compliance requirements, and be a proven manager with experience working collaboratively internally and externally.
