Imagine... Selling something people actually want and need! Look around... all businesses are using our products - and are using them up. Some of them run out more quickly than others, but they all need to stock up on a regular basis, and you could be the one selling our products to them... If you're an experienced sales professional with a "can do" attitude, and you're looking for a new opportunity, we want to talk with you!

We sell business products and services, from paper and ink all the way to office furniture, promotional products, and custom design and printing projects. We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to contact, develop and oversee a portfolio of existing customers, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

We are a family run, UK-wide established supplier of office products, branded & promotional items and print solutions, with offices in London and Sandwich, Kent. Think of us as the office ‘concierge service’, they ask, we find, they get.
We are a lively yet fun team in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Solid experience with CRM software
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An initial 60 calls per day
