• Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum dependent on experience
• Location: ME9 8JE Borden, Nr. Sittingbourne, Kent
• Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday including one hour for lunch

This is an exciting opportunity to work with By the Bridge with Cambian; an independent and leading fostering organisation with a unique therapeutic approach, providing high quality foster care for children of all ages and abilities.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Receptionist to provide a high quality and efficient front of house service for our Central Services office. Working alongside a small team of administrators, you will answer, screen and redirect a high volume of incoming calls and be responsible for ensuring that the reception area and meetings rooms are well maintained. You will greet visitors and manage incoming post and be responsible for the upkeep of equipment and sufficient stock of consumables. This is a fixed term contract for one year.
You
You will be professional, well presented and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills for this customer facing role. You will be flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks, at times under pressure. You will have previous experience in a similar role with excellent administration and IT skills, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be given.
You will be highly organised and pro-active with a can do attitude. You will be personable, confident and engaging with an excellent telephone manner. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with all calls with tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality.
The package
We offer a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum dependent on experience, private healthcare and pension, generous annual leave, free parking and a great working environment.
