A fantastic new opportunity has opened for an enthusiastic, driven and creative Sous Chef to work here in within our pub.
Ideal candidates:
- 1-2 AA rosette experience
- Team player and able to support colleagues at all times and assist were required
- Adaptable and can multi task
- Work well under pressure
- Great time keeping
- Passionate about food and looking to further their career
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist head chef of smooth daily running of the kitchen
- In charge of the kitchen in absence of Head Chef
- Creating new exciting lunch menus and specials
- Developing and training junior member of the team
- Ordering and maintaining GP targets
