Job Information

IPS International are looking to recruit an experience administrator to fill a vacancy in an existing role. We are an Apprenticeship Training Provider based in Medway, supporting learners and employers across the South East.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:
• Registration of Apprentices and Commercial Learners into Management System
• Verifying Learner’s prior qualifications through Government systems
• Processing Learner Review reports
• Sending end of term reports to employers (created by others)
• Gathering class attendance records and entering into Management System
• Liaising with employers concerning learner absences
• Uploading learning plans into Learning Management System
• Arranging examinations for small groups
• Producing reports from Management Systems as required
• Managing the learner completion process, including claiming Certificates
• Minute taking for management and team meetings

Key requirements:
• Strong and demonstrable experience of administrative processes
• Accuracy of data input
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and self-motivated
• Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office

• Knowledge about apprenticeships
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Understanding of Training and Education
