The Role:
To implement distribution plans for the Distribution function to meet current/future customer service requirements and continually improve cost efficiency/quality of service in line with the Distribution Centre goals.

Key Accountabilities:
- Communication Cascade (two-way)
- Distribution Centre Security
- Input into and implementation of Distribution & Operational strategy in line with Distribution Centre goals
- Management of Distribution assets
- Stock integrity
- Compliance with current Transport Legislation

Skills & Qualifications:
Ideally we are looking for people with the following skills and experience:
- 2 years supervisory experience within a distribution operation and a full understanding of current commercial vehicle legislation.
- Man management, commercial, analytical and communication skills.
- Change manager.
- PC and systems literate.
