Procurement Coordinator

Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover 9-12 Months)
The Role
This exciting secondment opportunity is to work within our Procurement team directly supporting the Fish & Seafood / Desserts & Bakery / Delicatessen / Foodservice Supplies teams. The secondment is for a 12 month period commencing April 2017 and reports into the Procurement Director for these categories. This is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable insight into how the Product Development, Category, Procurement & Technical teams work.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Data Maintenance
- Vendors, materials, prices on SAP & Concerto.
- Trade interchange - SIM & Trading Agreements.
- Ongoing checks, maintenance, resolution and recording for audit.
- Issue Resolution / Procurement support
- Resolve supplier invoice queries and parked documents.
- Provide ad hoc trading data from BW system on request.
- Communication
- Central point for departmental queries directing to the appropriate person in the team for resolution.

Team Administration

- Absence and holiday management.
- Team meetings and department purchase orders.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Essential:

- Enthusiastic with a can do attitude

Desirable:
Experience of all or some of the following systems:

- SAP & Concerto
- Trade Interchange
- Business Warehouse
- Supply Chain Experience
- Procurement Experience
