JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – first class hotel - £22,000 -
A contemporary hotel with an award winning restaurant and function facilities for a variety of weddings and parties.
There is a brigade of 10 chefs preparing both classical and modern French cuisine. Everything is made from the finest fresh produce and the standards are extremely high.
To be part of this forward thinking team you will have had previous experience at rosette level and be able to take over the running of this first class kitchen. You will be involved with the menu planning, costing, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
This would be an ideal role for an ambitious and committed Junior Sous Chef as the promotional prospects are superb within the company.
