Cover Supervisor – Excellent Day Rates
Supply Desk would love to get in touch with anyone looking to gain critical classroom experience across a wide variety of schools in Kent. Cover Supervision is a fantastic role if you are aiming to get hands on experience within a classroom setting, managing classes and honing your behaviour management technique. It also offers you flexibility in your working hours, making it an ideal role to have on the side whilst you’re doing your NQT year.
The schools we are working with offer such a wide variety that you would be able to experience everything the education sector has to offer in Kent. Grammar Schools, Mainstream Schools, Primary and Secondary are to name a few of the schools we source Cover Supervisors for; and each provide unique challenges in regards to behaviour management. All of this will give you a rounded view of the kind of school you would want to work in, providing you the best platform to build your teaching career from.
The Role
Managing classes ranging from KS1 all the way up to KS5, making sure the pupils stay on taskEnsuring the lesson plan has been delivered
The Ideal Candidate
Hands on experience working within schools in a classroom setting Displays excellent behavioural management skillsPractical experience providing support for children with SEN (Preferable)
