This Maidstone based Domiciliary Care business (a franchise of a prestige national care brand) is currently looking for a business partner or a managing director, who wants to purchase company share with as low cost as £12,775 for 51% (£/% negotiable).

The Requirements:
You or the person you partner with has entrepreneurial mindset to own your own business and hands-on experience across all aspects of a homecare operation
Up to date knowledge of CQC and local authority regulations, especially end of life, medication, safeguarding, etc.
The person/skill set:
1. No minimum years of experience required because entrepreneurship is more important here, but a qualified CQC Registered Care Manager (award) is a must. Previous experience within the domiciliary care industry essential.
2. Experience of recruiting and training care staff essential
3. Fully IT literate, able to use rostering system (StaffPlan or similar) to manage staff rota
4. Ability to build strong relationships with social services, CCG, hospitals and private sector across all levels
5. Excellent communication skills with business partner and other stakeholders
6. Demonstrate drive and tenacity, whilst providing a service that adds value and makes a difference in people’s lives
Others:
1. Local knowledge of Maidstone & surrounding area
2. Full clean UK driving license with own vehicle& Eligible to work in the UK
3. Experience with Profit and Loss/cash flow projection preferred
4. Very approachable but able to keep professional boundaries
5. Legals will be handled by professional third parties or as per your own preference
