Our Tunbridge Wells based client is looking for a logical thinking, multitasker to join their highly successful team as a Junior Test Analyst.

Key skills and responsibilities will include:

• Initial triage and ongoing management of incoming issues from the business via the systems service desk software, and logging those issues with our 3rd party software providers for resolution
• Assist with reviews of requirements and specifications, and defining test conditions
• Help to analyse test requirements, designs and builds test case suites, test scripts and test procedures with expected results
• Interpret and execute sets of complex test scripts using methods and standards, recording and reporting outcomes, and communicating release notes to the business
• Check test results, and document test failures and successes compared with pre-determined criteria, in accordance with agreed standards
• Use test scripts, diagnostic tools, test automation tools, technical manuals and systems documentation to identify, diagnose and report on system errors

The ideal candidate will be an articulate, team player that comes from an IT background or may have a relevant IT Degree (e.g. Computer Science).
