A great opportunity to join a prestigious employer based in Tonbridge, they are a leading business in the local area and have various offices all over the world.
My client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their existing team. You will work in a team of other staff and will be involved in a variety of day to day duties in the office.
Full training will be given but applicants must be computer literate and be a good communicator. Ideal experience will either be previous IT experience or experience in Customer Service. Good team working skills are crucial as you will be working closely with 25 other colleagues in the team.
Duties involve giving support by telephone and email to established clients. There is a strong emphasis on resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5:30.
