Working with some of the leading main contractors and high end residential builders in the country, project values range from £50k - £20 million.
Your new role
The role of the Estimator will be to; support the generation of profitable tenders for authorisation and submission in order to maximise order pipeline, estimate the costs of projects in order to meet or exceed customers' requirements, support the fulfilment of the pipeline of contracts safely on time, and to the required quality, ensure the estimating function provides a full commercial contribution to the organisation, support the process of assessing, preparing (including post-tender activities), validating, adjudication and final submission of tenders on time, support the project teams to deliver contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while minimising costs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience within an Estimating role, taking projects from initial enquiry, first principles through to handover, working on projects with contract values of up to but not limited to £10 million. The ideal candidate would have experience of working within a similar environment either a dry lining or even a carpentry sub-contractor.
What you'll get in return
