An innovative and forward thinking manufacturer are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team in Maidstone, Kent. They are at the forefront of providing products in to the Public Sector, in particular charities and healthcare units.

They're objective is to make their clients offices and homes a safe and durable environment whilst providing a modern and stylish look. They have an ongoing commitment to improvement which is proven in their ISO accreditation's.

You new position will see you as a Business Development Executive, working in a team of four. Your focus will be on both existing accounts as well as new business, whilst earning an excellent salary and commission. You'll be the first point of contact with their clients, and once an interest is shown, you will then pass on the leads and appointments to the Area Sales Managers.

Being market leaders in the local area, you'll find the quality and durability on their products help develop an interest with new customers.

What your position will involve;

-Keeping on top of the existing client base to spot new opportunities
-Introducing new clients to the extensive product suite
-Contact businesses and individuals by telephone
-Establish the requirements to pass the information on to the Area Sales Managers
-Initiate and book appointments

What your experience must have;

-You must be happy to spend the majority of your day on the phone
-You must have excellent fact finding skills
-You must have experience in a Business Development role previously
-A good understanding of geographical locations

This role comes with excellent benefits too! You will have 28 days annual leave, free parking, free lunches, and your hours will only be 8am to 4.30pm.
