Creative/Design Project Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Creative/Design Project Manager to join an award-winning and progressive agency.

They are looking for a senior, driven and capable Project Manager who will take charge of multi-disciplinary project deliveries, including varying sizes of branding, rebranding and web development projects, marketing campaigns, content strategy projects and strategic work.

The Role

Your role will be to ensure that the designers, developers and strategists work in an efficient and productive way, ensuring that they keep to timeframes, timelines and agreed budgets, as well as keeping an eye on upcoming workloads and planning resources.

They currently use online project management software and would be keen to hear from Creative Project Managers who have experience with the major project management methodologies, although this is not essential and a methodical approach is more important. All employees are encouraged to develop and grow their skills set as they continue to innovate and advance their offering.

You will be talking directly to clients and internal heads of department on a daily basis so need to be confident communicating internally and externally. We're looking for a safe pair of hands, capable of managing clients' expectations and budgets, whilst maintaining a positive long-term relationship on behalf of the agency.

As part of the role you will work closely with their accountant and your line manager to ensure all projects are correctly approved and invoiced at key stages. They are a small agency that works as one big team and they looking for someone who is organised, detail-orientated but who can also step back and see the bigger picture.


Skills/Experience

* Prior exposure working in a creative/design agency
* Good client servicing/account management experience
* Good attention to detail
* Good commercial acumen
* Confident communicator at all levels
* Experience managing teams of Designers, Developers and Strategists
* Exposure to multi-disciplinary project deliveries - branding, rebranding, web development, marketing campaigns, content strategy projects.
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Strong organisational skills and problem-solving
* Taking total pride in your work
