They also represent top London Theatre Breaks to include Motown, The Lion King, Thriller Live and lots more. This enthusiastic and happy team work hard to build a great rapport and really get to know their customers. Their offices are based in Ashford but due to the location, you will need to drive or have some form of reliable transport.

Whats on offer for you:

- Fixed Term Contract until end of October 2018 - possibility this could go permanent!

- Full-Time Contracts for 30 - 37.5 hours per week. £13,416 - £16,770 per annum. £8.60ph plus profit share + benefits.

- Part-Time Contracts for 15 - 20 hours per week. £6,708 - £8,944 per annum. £8.60ph plus profit share + benefits.

Customer Service / Sales Specialist x 4

- Dealing with incoming calls from customers who are looking to book their Theme Park or Theatre Break.
- Naturally inquisitive you will enjoy getting to know your customer and personalising your service to find them the best break.

Essential Skills:

- Warm,friendly and inviting tone of voice.
- Ability to adapt your approach to each customer.
- Great rapport builder and great listening skills.

Full-Time Hours:
(Shift Rota from Monday – Friday from 9 am to 9 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 9 am to 5.30pm).

Part Time
Shifts will be 5 pm - 9 pm with one day for 8 hours over the weekend.

If successful you will then need to attend a paid two-week FULL TIME induction even if you have secured part-time hours.
