Linkclass London is a 24 hour Catering Company, Suppliers of Worldwide Fresh Fruit and Vegetables to the Hotel & Catering Trades.

We are currently seeking 2 enthusiastic Telephone Sales Advisers. You will be dealing with our customer database directly, so it is vital that product orders are taken over the telephone and processed in a effective manner.

Ideally you will have :

Customer Service experience
Common Sense
Excellent telephone manner
An ability to work to deadlines
Will be very organised and a team player
Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
Competent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Maths and English GCSE ( or equivalent) )


Your main duties will include:

Excepting telephone orders over the telephone and inputting onto PC
Print and input customer orders placed via email and internet.
Liaise with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure deliveries are made.
Deal with customer complaints and enquires and forward to revenant Managers.
Data input and filing of invoices.
Sent daily reports to department Managers.
Work with a efficient manner at all times

Hours : 1 x Day shift

Monday- Friday 10.00am to 6.30pm (half hour Lunch Break)
Every second weekend, 4 hours
Will need to change shift for 2weeks only per year to cover holiday period with notice.

£20,800 Gross, raising to £23,400 after 6 months service.
£2,340 Attendance Bonus .

The second shift available is :
Hours : 1 x Night Shift

Sunday- Friday, 6pm to 1.30am (half hour Lunch Break)

£23,400 Gross, raising to £26,000 after 6 months service
£2,340 Attendance Bonus
