Our Rural Maidstone based client is looking to increase their Customer Sales Teams. These new roles created will be to support the customers who are looking to change providers via a switch service.
The role will be to conduct outbound calls to customers to offer a switch from their current providers to save money and better prospects
The role will be to convey the company details in a clear and enthusiastic manner and Capture & accurately record a customer's needs in detail.
You will manage all prospects within the CRM database in an efficient manner
Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base, developing new leads.
Skills & Experience:
* ideally 6 months in an inbound/outbound Customer Services role or a customer retail positions, or hospitality
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good IT skills
* Good organisational skills and ideally worked to targets
Personal Attributes:
* Has access to transport due to rural location
* Good team player whilst taking responsibility for personal performance
* Energetic, passionate & driven
* Tenacious 'can do' attitude
Hours Monday to Thursday 12noon -8pm, Friday 10M - 6pm
good commission on offer
