Our client, a well respected Main Car Dealership in Dartford are looking for a driven and dynamic Car Sales Manager to

The ideal Sales Manager will already have 12 months dealer experience, ideally from a Prestige or Volume Main Car Dealership background but not essential. You must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and motivated to develop and sustain the winning team that the dealership prides itself in for possessing.

The role

-To maximise sales opportunities by ensuring that the sales process is followed
-Ensuring customer satisfaction with exceptional customer service at all times
-To push the business forward to maximise vehicle sales
-To be a great motivator, offering guidance and training creating a strong and focused team
-To achieve volume set and liaise with the manufacturer
-Drive used vehicle sales forward
-Finance
-Training and developing the team of Sales Executives
-Site management
-Recruitment

-Proven success within main dealer environment having done the same role
-Previous Automotive senior sales management experience essential
-Leadership & management skills to gain the best from your teams performance
-To be able to manage several tasks at one time with exceptional organisational skills
-To be able to work under pressure
-Must have a diligent approach to work
-Honest and respectful
-Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence
