My Client is in an exciting period of expansion and rebranding. The future is definitely good, and to enhance this, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Engineering Services.
The Role: Head of Engineering Services
Lead your team to deliver effective maintenance and project delivery across all engineering disciplines.
To be responsible for the efficient and cost effective delivery of best value maintenance and technical services.
Meet agreed customer service levels.
The strategic development of the utility networks (power, water, sewage and gas) to meet current and future needs as the Company expands.
Define, review and deliver a long-term asset maintenance plan.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications: Head of Engineering Services
Professional Engineering status at Chartered level.
Minimum of 5 years managing engineering staff, of which at least 3 years should be at
senior level.
Experience of delivering engineering services using reliability based asset maintenance management techniques.
Health & Safety management
Implementing and compliance with CDM Regulations 2015.
Direct experience of managing large formal contracts.
