Our client based in Thamesmead is looking for a Technical Administration Officer to join them.
Your duties will be
* Dealing with telephone calls relating to repairs and maintenance work from borough residents and field based staff
* In-House repairs system
* Working as part of a team providing technical, administrative and customer support within the housing Asset management service
Skills Required
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a wide range of people
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good Time management skills
* strong IT skills are required
* Able to work under pressure to strict deadlines
* Previous experience in a customer service role
Hours - 9am-5pm
