We’re looking for a confident and adaptable individual with significant Payroll experience to manage all aspects of our Payroll. As our Payroll Manager you’ll need to be happy making decisions and dealing with all levels of the organisation.

As our Payroll Manager, you will:

• Coordinate Payroll data between sites not currently software linked
• Manage the migration of two new Payrolls from the Management Accounts function to the Payroll team in Spring 2018
• Consolidate all Group Payroll Data
• Manage our pensions schemes, communicating relevant upgrade and opt-out options to colleagues
• Implement all necessary controls for our Account Management
• Lead our team of four Payroll professionals.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have the ability to multitask effectively across a range of duties
• Are excellent communicators
• Can apply in-depth knowledge of Statutory Payments
• Are familiar with the interaction between Company benefits and Payroll
• Are committed to ensuring accuracy in our pay and internal records
• Has advanced skills on relevant software
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, identifying trends and nuances in data.
