This role is to coordinate clinic activity around the country, to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
You will be overseeing a small team, to ensure medical clients are utilised to their full potential, being aware of availability issues to ensure agreed timescales are not breached.
You will monitor clinic times and usage, flagging and investigating reoccurring errors and issues, and raising these concerns as appropriate. You will also understand and support the in-house customer service and administrator roles within this dedicated department.
You will also be responsible for reporting, invoicing and data analysis, to ensure quality standards compliance, efficient diary management, maintaining good relationships with your local practice managers etc.
The successful person will be organised and logical, with supervisory experience and excellent attention to detail. You will also be able to work under pressure, able to motive others, adaptable and comfortable with compliance.
There may be occasion for you to travel, so a full driving license is required.
