We need an all rounder. A person who is really flexible and understands that clients are not a hindrance, but the whole reason we exist. We need you to become a champion of our CRM system (don’t worry we’ll train you) and manage upwards to ensure that it’s being used in the right way. You could be drafting a contract for an important client, doing a bit of office management or researching client information. This could happen all in one day, but it wouldn’t matter because you thrive on it and love a buzzy atmosphere and lots to do.
You’ll work closely alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our processes. So you’ve got to be a bit of a process geek and have an excellent eye for detail. Of course, you’ll be extremely organised and know what’s going on with all of our clients and what our consultants are doing daily too.
You’re also confident enough to flag up potential issues before they become a problem and make decisions on your own. You’ll be very well supported but you must have the initiative to take control when the need arises and not wilt if there are difficulties to overcome.
Each day in this position is different but it’s a great opportunity to develop some of your key transferrable skills further and we’ll invest heavily in developing your career. But most importantly, you’ll be happy to make tea and coffee for everyone when it’s your turn without tutting.
