An exciting opportunity has arisen for a career driven and highly motivated individual who has proven experience in leading a team. Due to expansion, HMC Compliance are looking for a hard-working Team Co-ordinator to join our team at our head office in East Peckham, Kent.

The Role
• To be responsible for a small team of administrators who process client orders, book engineer appointments and liaise with clients throughout the work process.
• To be responsible for the allocation of incoming work on a daily basis.
• To be able to anticipate workflow issues and identify and implement solutions.
• To work with both the Sales and Operations teams to manage client expectations.
• To improve the level of effective communication between the Sales and Operations teams.
• To drive the team towards a more customer facing outlook, to improve service levels.

Essential Skills Required

• A minimum of one year’s people management experience.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and lead a team successfully.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and prioritise the team’s workload.
• PC Literate- Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
• An ability to develop the team to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
