The primary focus of this exciting role will be on Campaigns and Marketing materials for a large e-commerce business and its associated Brands.

Working closely with Editorial, Acquisition and UX teams, you will be responsible for conceptualising campaigns and preparing pitches all the way through to final product. You will also need to demonstrate good attention to detail and a clear understanding of the fundamentals behind effective UI design (and the desire to try new things and experiment). You will able to manage a number of projects at once, working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Delivery of campaigns
* Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
* Creating amazingly creative experiences that marry with good UX
* Mobile first approach to campaigns
* Compile pitches for clients and internal stakeholders
* Working closely with stylists and photographers, providing shot lists and design direction for photoshoots
* Attend still and moving image shoots ensuring all required outcomes are achieved
* Alongside Lead Designer mentor junior staff, motivate the team, be the source for knowledge
* Deputise in the absence of the Creative Design Lead

It is essential that you have previous commercial online and offline design experience, with excellent conceptual skills. You will have worked on campaigns and have experience in developing brands within an e-commerce environment. Technically you will be experience in Adobe CC, HTML / CSS as well as experience with animation and motion graphics.
