Electrical Assembly Technician

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join established specialist manufacturers in Sidcup. As a market leader in there field my client are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electrical and mechanical environments.

The role is based within the production team on the final assembly stage and deals with wiring looms and building of electrical chassis.

Ideal candidates will have:

* Good Mechanical Skills
* Ability to install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings using soldering equipment and hand tools.
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Operate in a directed team effort but also be able to work on their own initiative
* Detail orientated and have the ability to read schematics, diagrams and technical orders
* Enthusiastic and a good sense of humour
* Previous knowledge of fabrications/assembly of steel framework
* Installation of electrical chassis would be beneficial but not essential
* Installations of pneumatic assemblies

Due to the nature of this role you will need to be physically fit and healthy as at times the role will require a large amount of physical activity.
