A leading Estate and Lettings agency currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Valuer/Lister to join their Faversham branch.
If you're passionate about property and confident in winning new business, with proven success in property valuations then this will be ideal for you.
You will be required to:
Work towards set targets
Maintain regular contact with contacts and clients via telephone, email or face to face
Generate sales leads for viewings, mortgage advice, new homes and lettings and property valuations
Win new listings
You must:
Have experience of working in a similar environment, ideally in property valuations
Have exceptional customer service skills
Have a professional telephone manner
Be confident, resilient and hardworking
Be professional and organised
Be able to drive and have your own transport
Working 5 days a week (including some Saturdays). Amazing uncapped commission structure and OTEs of up to £40,000
