Forza is a young, dynamic, fast growing company that specialises in the manufacture and supply of food supplement and sports nutrition products for the Forza brand and for our many blue chip customers worldwide.
We manufacture at our dynamic, state of the art BRC AA grade facility in Ashford and we are currently expanding our operation to a second factory site; leading to multiple employment opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, electrically biased, Production Engineer to join our growing Forza team.
In this diverse and exciting role you will be leading a production team on one of our sites and also providing engineering support to ensure the efficient operation of our machinery and general upkeep of our facilities.
You will take pride in your factory and production operation, leading from the front to achieve output and quality targets.
Key Skills:
Qualified engineer with electrical experience
Experienced Team Leader/Manager
Logical thinker with demonstrable fault finding ability
Self-motivated and well organised
Ideally experience gained within GMP manufacturing environment ideally food or healthcare packing equipment.
