An exciting, new role for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive has recently become available, working for a market leading company providing software to companies around the world.

Located at their Tonbridge office, you will be working with both UK and European clients.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Giving application support for the company’s product via telephone and email to established customers.
• Management of any relevant issues - as the company covers a wide range of the company’s client’s business processes. Whilst this will include a technical element, this is not to be seen as a technical support role.

Full training will be given but applicants must be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills. In addition to this, working well as part of a team is crucial as you will be working closely with some 25 colleagues on the Helpdesk.
