Our medical practice supports 2,200 patients and we pride ourselves on our professional and caring approach to supporting our patients and the local community.
We currently have a part-time vacancy for a Receptionist working 15½ hours per week.
• Wednesday & Thursday 13:00 - 18:00
• Friday 12:30 - 18:00
As a valued team member you will actively support the Doctors and the Practice by answering the ‘phone, dealing with patient queries and booking patient appointments.
This is a varied role as in addition to the normal Reception duties you will also provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Practice.
This role requires a well presented individual with a calm, methodical approach to work and with the ability to deal empathically and professionally with the general public.
Experience within a similar environment, or in dealing with the public would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
