An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Legal Secretary who has expertise in the Private Client Sector.
The role will be to provide full support to the private client department of a highly regarded busy solicitor’s in Canterbury.
You will be responsible for assisting the solicitors in a variety of tasks including;
• Liaising with clients
• Typing, booking appointments, filing and general administration duties.
• Organisation using a case management system.
In order to succeed in the role these duties must be conducted to a high standard.
The candidate must work well as part of a team as well as being able to use their own initiative. The role will require the individual to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as being able to multi-task and prioritise work, think proactively and be flexible.
