LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR

The successful candidate will co-ordinate the booking and evaluation of a range of learning and development activities for all curriculum and support staff across the East Kent College Partnership in line with strategic and training plans in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
