PREP CHEF – daytime hours - £18-22,000 – straight shifts -
This unique group of privately owned cafes is expanding the business and due to this they are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to strengthen the team.
Currently they have 3 sites all within the Tunbridge Wells/Tonbridge area. But not content with this success they are looking to go further and have recently opened a new site locally and are seeking a talented individual who will assist them on their journey.
The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, locally sourced produce to prepare vibrant, innovative menus that will keep customers returning. These include freshly baked cakes, cookies, quiches, soups and salads. Everything is made from scratch and delivered daily to the cafes.
The ideal candidate will have had some experience within a fresh food kitchen and feel passionately about cooking. Currently there is a team of four chefs, although this is likely to grow as the business has now relocated to a larger site.
