Your new role
You will provide financial information, tools, analysis and insight to allow business the business units and their respective senior managers to make informed business decisions, whilst driving to achieve defined business goals and objectives. Providing insight into understanding management data and key business drivers and risk. Developing a detailed understanding of the ERP system (SAP) and surrounding business processes. Developing improved processes, systems & working practices.Providing analysis & recommendations to drive cost reduction initiative, whilst recognising opportunities to create benefits. Appraisal & financial management of a large portfolio of fixed assets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACCA), ideally from the manufacturing sector. You should be able to build strong relationships with management contacts across all levels, enabling them to influence decisions. You will have excellent communication skills across all areas of a business. You will demonstrate drive & tenacity, providing a service that adds value & makes a difference. You will have very strong SAP skills and/or Cognos TM1.
