We are proud to be recruiting for a global company based in Ashford for a Customer Support Agent. Your day will consist of handling incoming calls and email enquiries, speaking with customers from across the UK and the world. Your experience speaking to customers on the telephone will enable you to hit the ground running, you will be unflappable in your demeanour and your ability to speak with customers over email will be second to none.

Key skills and experience required:



* Experience working within a customer service environment
* Experience handling a high volume of incoming calls
* A calm attitude and the ability to work under pressure

The hours for this role are on a rota shift basis, rotas are organised one year in advance and so you will know well in advance what your shifts will be.
