Our client is currently looking for a driven and motivated Lister/Valuer with the confidence in winning business and gaining new instructions together with making sure the customers receive the highest level of service.
Duties will include working towards set targets; deputising for Branch Manager as necessary, running morning meetings and coaching sessions; generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations and maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face.
To be considered for this position you will have at least 2 years valuing experience with a proven track record . It is essential that you can drive and are able to work on Saturdays as part of your working week (5 day week to include some Saturdays).
Basic salary is £20,000 with OTE of £40,000.
