You will receive a starting basic salary of £18,000 with bonuses that can mean earnings of upto £23,000 with an increase after probation to £19,200, plus beyond standard benefits as follows:

This a telephone based role, where you will be required to contact customers, working from bulk accounts that have been allocated to you. You will also process any relevant information you gather and payments, so basic numeracy skills are a must.

If you have excellent Customer Service skills and are able to communicate with people at all levels, this is the job for you. You should be methodical, self motivated and target driven and be happy in a fast paced environment. Acting professionally whilst having sensitive discussions with customers is a must, plus the ability to exercise strong negotiating skills.

Great flexibility and work life balance is offered through a rotating shift pattern as follows:

Week 1: 7.45am to 2.30pm Mon-Fri /

Week 2: 2.15pm to 9.00pm Mon-Fri Plus every other Saturday 8.45am to 1.00pm

Requirements:

English and Maths grade C and above

Credit checks and DBS Checks (these will take around 2 weeks to clear)

We have interview slots for the next 2 weeks

Next start date 14th December and 22nd January 18
