The Mortimer Society is a charity running two residential care homes for adults with physical disabilities.
As an enthusiastic, self-motivated generalist HR assistant joining our small but friendly team based in Snodland, you can expect to have exposure to a wide breadth of HR activities including management of the employee biometric attendance system, creating and maintaining staff rotas, managing attendance, recruitment administration, note taking and assisting in all administrative HR functionality .
Exceptional organisational and time management skills are essential together with strong IT skills - in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable, have a strong attention for detail and accuracy with outstanding communication skills and be an experienced administrator.
Candidates must be willing to work from our home Frindsbury, Rochester on occasion. Flexibility and your own car is therefore essential (mileage costs will be remunerated).
Full induction and training will be given.
