My client, in South East London are looking for a enthusiastic and hard working Sales and Lettings Progressor to join their team. The right candidate will have relevant experience in either sales, lettings or both and will be looked after with a strong training package, enabling good progression.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with a wide range of clients and contractors on a daily basis
Dealing with Tenants and Landlords documentation
Dealing with Sellers and Buyers documentation
Producing Memorandums of Sale
Sales progression
Processing tenant references
Constructing contracts and organising required services i.e booking gas certificates, EPC'S, cleans and inventories.
Taking tenants deposits

Required Skills:

Experience working in the industry
Must drive your own car
Excellent customer service
Good eye for detail
Ability to use Microsoft Word
Construct e-mails
Good organisation skills
Must be able to show administration knowledge and capability
Must be able to adapt quickly into a friendly office environment
Have capability to learn
Have good telephone manner
