Medway Norse are currently recruiting for a HRA Estate Services Supervisor to join the team to supervise the HRA Estates Services contract ensuring that quality and performance is met whilst establishing and maintaining first class individual working relationships with customers and staff.

The Role

•To arrange the provision of cleaning and warden services to comply with relevant SLA/contract specification


•Allocate window cleaning resources in reference to the annual window-cleaning plan


•Regular site monitoring visits and to complete H&S reviews as directed by HOS SSFM.


•Undertake the induction of newly appointed cleaners and arrange on site-training as required.


•Handle and investigate formal complaints through to resolution within given time frames.


•To create and maintain written visit reports and to complete any associated administration.


•To check and authorise stock indents, stock returns, overtime claims and timesheets.


Person Specification:

•Manual Handling, COSHH and Bio-Cleaning trained.


•Experience of supervising, recruiting and training staff.


•Good written and verbal skills with experience using MS office


•Customer focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.


•Hold a full UK Driving Licence
