Due to expansion we are seeking two qualified and experienced administrators with proven record of high standard of organisational, communication and information managements skills.

Position 1 - Roles and responsibilities include:
- Administration surrounding company assets,
- Ordering, distributing and recording the issues of company workwear, PPE, tools and IT equipment
- Handling inbound calls from clients, suppliers and operatives
- Liaising with building management
- Ordering stationing and office stock & Mail handling
The successful candidate will be computer literate (MS office) and be experienced in inputting and extracting date from a variety of formats.
Be able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. Must have experience of working successfully as an integrated team member.

Position 2 - roles & responsibilities include
- Maintaining the effective flow of information between the company and its stakeholders
- Progress reporting - daily updating of project programs
- Information management
- Client progress reporting
- Service reporting

The successful applicant will be a fast learner who is competent at planning, customer service, scheduling and a self starter. Proficient in MS office, MS project and Sharepoint. High level if literacy.
