Watts Farms is a family-run business which covers 10 sites in Kent, Essex and Bedfordshire. Supplying 600 high restaurants and hotels in London.
Our busy day pack-house is seeking new staff to cope with a growing numbers of orders. We are currently looking to appoint a Replenishment Flexi Driver. Applicants must have previous forklift driving experience and be prepared to work in a busy team environment. The jobs are based in Dartford and after the initial training period, the work consists of moving goods in the pack-house using the forklift and to assist with general warehouse duties when required.
What are we looking for?
- Valid counter Flexi/Bendi licence – (Essential)
- Valid counter balance licence – (Advantage)
- The ability to dive a forklift to a high standard
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Knowledge of fresh produce is advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience working within a similar environment
What are we offering you?
Starting salary - £18,720 per annum, this will increase to £20,500 after a successful 3 month probation period.
Holiday – 31 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
Working hours
Shift pattern with a 5 day rota, average of 48 hours per week, between the hours of 06.30 a.m. – 16.30 p.m.
