Job Description:
Reporting to the service management team your duties will be varied and will include but not be limited to the following: -
• Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry, filing and answering telephone.
• Liaise with the Engineers and Management team to schedule customer appointments, and fulfil any associated contractual tasks.
• Adhere to the Senseco ‘Customer Service Charter’ providing excellent communication and correspondence on behalf of the company to its clients.
• Be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients, to include on occasion attending site to attend client visits/meetings. To build and maintain good client relationships and uphold the reputation of Senseco Systems Ltd.
• Adopt a flexible approach to your role to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
• Identify and prioritise client emergency situations.
• Contact Engineers and assist/relay information to/from them as necessary.
• Ensure completed jobs are submitted, promptly for invoicing.
• Receive, acknowledge and resolve, customer queries.
• Update and operate paperwork under the companies. ISO procedures.
• Maintain up to date records by logging data from engineers reports and contract termination dates.
• Be professional, and customer centric at all times.
• Be aware of the appropriate point to escalate client concerns.
• Demonstrate excellent Customer Service, returning calls, swiftly. Keep clients informed of service/installation/commissioning activities and update system status.
Skills Requirements:
• Good understanding of PC software (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Educated to good level - Maths and English GCSE Grades C and above a minimum.
• Good written, oral and numerical skills. Excellent telephone manner.
• Excellent attitude towards career development.
• Excellent organisational skills, as you will at short notice be asked to oversee and deal with several items requiring the skillset of an organised individual.
• Ideally a proven history of success within a Customer Service environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, but on own when required.
• Demonstrate an ability to understand matters of a financial nature, and conform to budgetary constraints.
• Ability and desire to learn the legal and regulatory compliance for the Fire Industry.
