We work hard with our 3rd Party partners to ensure that our customers continue to receive the best possible service and solutions, that’s why we’re now looking for someone to take ownership of these relationships. You’ll work closely with them to manage their performance and optimise strategy and processes but that’s only part of the story, you’ll also ensure their compliance to regulatory guidelines and make sure that operational risks are identified and managed appropriately.
This is a great opportunity for someone with fantastic experience of building and maintaining commercial relationships always with an eye on the customer.
What we’re looking for and what you’ll get in return:
• You’ll use your experience of external vendor management and natural communication skills to not only deal with our 3rd party partners but also challenge our internal processes and have a real impact on our performance
• Analytical skills will be of huge benefit to you as they’ll enable you to monitor performance and recommend areas of further review and improvement
• You’ll work with a highly motivated and dedicated team in a modern and vibrant environment where everyone is committed to success and our customers are our number one priority
• You’ll have the opportunity to be in control of your work and see the impact it has on the business.
