Working closely with the Recoveries Management team, we’re looking for someone to assist in the relationship management of our 3rd Party Debt Collection Agencies, ensuring adherance with company and regulatory requirements. You’ll assist in the oversight and management of performance issues as well as identify and recommend areas for development and improvement in processes and strategy.

This is a challenging role but a great opportunity for the right candidate to build upon their existing knowledge of the Credit Operations environment and add real value to a key part of the business.

Skills and Experience

• You’ll have experience working within Financial Services with exposure to third party management
• You’ll have in depth knowledge of the Credit Operations environment
• You’ll have the ability to investigate data, find trends and provide recommendations
• You’ll have a logical approach to your work and problem solving
• You’ll have excellent communication skills able to explain complex processes clearly to a wide range of audiences
• You’ll be able to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
• You’ll be an excellent team player, able to take ownership of problems and maintain a positive outlook
• You’ll be able to prioritise your own workload and manage projects to tight deadlines
• You must have a flexible and proactive approach to your work
