Our established Client based in Swale is currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant in a 12 month direct contract to cover maternity leave.
Duties will include:
• To process sales and purchase orders
• To organise customer deliveries, including quoting, raising freight purchase orders, and the administration of all freight forwarding documents for global shipments
• Prepare export invoices for the relevant global shipments
• Attend customer meetings with the Account or Project Manager as required
• To enter accurate information in bespoke databases including excel
• Liaising with customers, warehouse and suppliers regarding delivery logistics
• Ensuring accurate export documentation is provided in a timely manner
• Dealing with all customer service issues including managing complaints and customer feedback forms
Skills/ Attributes:
• Hold a valid in date passport as there is an opportunity for international travel
• Be computer literate
• Have previous customer service experience
• Have previous global freight management experience
• Be familiar with CRM Databases and Excel
• Be able to build relationship at all level
• Be able to work well in a team environment
