Red Eagle are working with our very successful client in Canterbury to recruit Team Leaders for their Fresh Produce operation.
You will be part of a successful supervisory and management team within the production area, this is a key role in ensuring that the production area is working efficiently and effectively whilst still maintaining quality and performance targets.
You will have the responsibility of supporting multiple production lines at one time. You will be the primary contact for the Packhouse Operatives, Machine Operators and Line Leaders in a busy, fast paced environment.
Successful candidates need to have a proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, be solution driven and be able to deal with difficult situations.
You will be natural leader, have a proactive attitude, excellent management skills and have a good working knowledge of a production environment.
Due to shift times and location of the company you will require access to transport as it is not accessible by public transport.
