Cyclepods Ltd design and install innovative cycle and scooter parking working with, among others, Local Authorities, Health Care Authorities, Private Companies and TOC’s.

We are currently looking for a full time Project Manager to join our team, you will be working from our office in Westerham, Kent, but be expected to travel to project sites around the Country as required.

If you are applying for this role, you will need to have excellent communication, people, budgeting and organisational skills; be able to multi task and work under pressure; take the initiative as an individual as well as working as part of and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the efficient management of our larger projects.

Other duties will include :

• Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
• Managing the completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Provide detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Ensure projects are managed in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
• Identify, recruit and manage all temporary and contractor work activities, ensuring all paperwork is completed as required by legislation, regulations and internal processes.
• Ensure all Health & Safety documentation and site documentation, including Risk Assessments, Work Package Plans and relevant permits and licences, are completed and submitted accurately and on time.
• Regularly review and report on project progress against set targets.

A background within the Construction Industry would be preferred as well as an ability to use Microsoft Project.
