We are looking for an Administrator for our PPI Operations team, based in West Malling.
The PPI Operations Team supports a major UK banking group’s payment protection insurance remediation
operation. The team has been working with the client since 2011 meeting stringent service level agreements
and meeting the challenge of varying work volumes. The principal function is to gather customer data for
mortgage and business loan repayment insurance to enable to the client to review customers’ complaints.
In return we will give you:
• 40 hour working week
• 25 days holiday
• 6% non contributory pension scheme
Where would you be based?
In our West Malling office, which is in Kings Hill. About 400 team
members are based in this building. You’ll feel at home from
day 1 in this bright and airy building which has a fantastic on-site
restaurant (serving staff discounted Costa Coffee) and lots of
palm trees dotted around.
